This flat with unique city views overlooking Central was renovated to complement the initial purchase of an India Mahdavi dining table by the owner himself. An avid art collector, the owner adored the table’s brushed gold drum base and colourful fish scale shaped tiles framed by gold and under glass—just like a priceless painting. The generous living and dining area includes an open kitchen and balcony, while a corridor leads to a master bedroom with ensuite, a guestroom and a guest bathroom. Bold colours abound in the large Claire Healy and Sean Cordeiro art made from primary red and blue Lego pieces above the Muuto sofa. Its more muted counterpoint can be seen in the ethereal Omar Khan area rug below. By contrast, the master bedroom is soothingly calm, with a full length wardrobe wall clad in taupe grey Italian wallcovering to lend visual texture within the space.
